We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Sanitation Manager to join our team in the food manufacturing industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sanitation procedures, quality controls, and equipment operations.
This role is integral to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe manufacturing environment.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of sanitation equipment, ensuring it is used correctly and safely.
Implement quality control measures to ensure sanitation procedures are effective and meet industry standards.
Train staff on sanitation procedures, equipment use, and quality control measures.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to sanitation.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of the manufacturing facility to identify potential sanitation issues and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with other department managers to ensure sanitation procedures are integrated into all aspects of manufacturing operations.
Continually review and update sanitation procedures and practices to reflect changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
Respond to sanitation emergencies, coordinating clean-up efforts and implementing measures to prevent future occurrences.
Prepare and present regular reports on sanitation procedures, issues, and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sanitation management role in the food manufacturing industry.
Thorough understanding of sanitation procedures and quality control measures.
Proven experience operating and maintaining sanitation equipment.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to sanitation in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to train staff on sanitation procedures and equipment use.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify sanitation issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels and present reports to senior management.
Ability to respond effectively to sanitation emergencies.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Degree in a related field is preferred.
