We are seeking a General Laborer to assist our Construction Superintendent on a project in Wasco, CA.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Must possess competence in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive and effective manner:
General site cleanup and maintenance General Carpentry Duties including use of a hammer, nail gun, screw gun, drills and saws.
Digging, spreading, shoveling and leveling dirt and gravel Using a pick and shovel Lift, carry and support construction material Perform clean-up work in connection with the above work Physical Requirements:
Preferred previous carpentry skills/experience Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to exert heavy physical effort, handling average weight objects up to 50 pounds Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb or crawl Ability to maintain balance Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, reach for, handle, and manipulate items Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance Ability to safely and effectively perform the essential job functions Our accomplished team and vertically integrated configuration has produced more than 140 successful multifamily, charter schools and special-use projects throughout the western US, representing over $1.

Salary:
$23 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
